Health Care (Medical/Dental/Vision)
Full-time and part-time employees who work at least 1,000 hours per year and their eligible dependents may qualify for medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Basic Life Insurance
Basic Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage for full-time and part-time employees is available through the Motorists Life Insurance Company.

Supplemental Life Insurance
Supplemental Life Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance and Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment are additional coverages that full-time employees may elect.

Employee Appreciation
The Employee Appreciation Plan provides eligible employees a payment if the company meets operational goals during each calendar year. When earned, the payment is made in March and is accompanied by a day-long celebration.

Employee Referral Bonus Program
Employees can earn up to $1,000 when referring applicants for most positions within the company.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
The PTO schedule is based on length of service.  Employees also have the option of purchasing PTO days if they have additional time-off needs.

Holidays
Full-time employees are entitled to eight paid holidays each year:  

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day and the day after
• Two days off at Christmas

A holiday pay plan is also available for part-time employees.
