Prepping for an Interview

Prepping for an Interview
A job interview is much like a first date. You can pretend to be someone you’re not, but sooner or later the real you comes out. We want to meet the real you. So the first tip for a successful interview with Wilson Mutual is to relax and be you. Don’t worry about wearing a sharp suit –– we enjoy a business-casual environment. But if the suit makes you more comfortable, we won’t mind.

As much as we are interviewing you, you will be interviewing us as well. So expect a comfortable, free flowing exchange of information. We’re proud of Wilson Mutual and we love to share and explain the qualities that make our company great. We want you to explain the great things about you. But more importantly, we want to understand your personality. What are your interests? What’s the secret of your success so far? What are the things that are most important to you?

First things first
The first thing we need you to do is fill out our employment application. Make sure you bring it with you to the interview. Also bring along some extra resumes, a pen and something to write notes in. Get directions to Wilson Mutual so you know where you’re going, where to park and how to enter our building. Be on time. Even better, arrive 10 minutes early. It will give you some time to relax and gather your thoughts. Ask us questions. It gives us insight on how you think. Finally, enjoy the process. Meeting new people and learning about a new opportunity is fun.   Questions? Give us a call at 1-800-242-7708.
